When you have some problems,sometimes they are emergency ones, like no hot water, air conditioning not working, it takes long time for them to fix. Often you will need to call several times. These days it is very hot, my A/C has stopped working for over a week, still not repaired. The leak from under the sink in my bathroom is lasting forever! I put a large plastic basin to receive water, That does solve the problem, what I need to do is just the empty the water in the basin frequently.
