think twice x100 times before you decide to move in. The rent looks low but you have to pay $60(1br) or $120(2br) for the water bill. Management is the worst one I ever saw. they told me I had two months free for 15 months lease, but when I drove my truck in, the manager told no such two months free!! If you still want to move in, make sure they write all their promises in black and white
