Where should I start...From day one I've had problems with the apartment and the staff. I moved in at the beginning of September and the temperature was around 90. Well, I soon found out that the A/C unit didn't work and what's worse is that they didn't fix it for a whole week. Everyday they had a new excuse for me! As I moved in, I placed several work orders in hopes that they would be fixed in a timely manner, I have been there now for 5 months and there are still pending work orders! One day I came home to find my back door left open! Apparently maintenance had been working in the apartment, putting weather stripping in and forgot to close the door and my toilet had been used, since no one cared to flush it! I had the staff members name right on the work order that was left in my apartment and to this day he is STILL employed there!!!! Unbelievable! Yes, the saga continues, I keep my apartment VERY clean and because I live on the first floor I have a serious bug problem! The walls are thin as well, I can hear my neighbor upstairs just walking around their apartment. Currently I have a new neighbor that has moved in across from me and I'm concerned that he is dealing drugs! This place is getting shadier by the minute!! So, please beware and don't move in here!!!!
