Do NOT move in Hartford From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/2/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   When I moved in July, they did not clean my house, the corpse of the dead insects is everywhere! then I asked them to do some cleaning, but the carpet did not dry after one week! The worst thing is the service there is very bad, if you have something to ask the leasing office, the temper of the agent will kill you. Anyway, I strong suggest that you should not move in that apartment.
