Very Horrible experience!

I've been living here for about 3 years now and my roommates and I really hate the place! The maintanence people are the worst. Our A/C broke this past summer because it was leak coolant. It took them a week in 90 weather to figure out that it was leaking. We wanted them to fix it and the guy was a jerk to talk to, he said that they couldn't add fluid to the system when there is a leak because it's against the law. Well when we couldn't find the location of the leak, they just added fluid and left! The supposed "car care center" is always broken. I went to the pool one time and a rat was swimming in it! The workout room is just old and nasty. The walls are super thin and the weatherstripping is all worn so the air comes in. Get ready for high heating and cooling bills! They are spending all this money on these stupid exterior repairs by adding these dormer things but they really need to just upgrade all there HVAC systems and appliances. Stupid management. Only reason why I'm still here is because it's close to Tech and the rent is super cheap.
