Hartford Place is awful

If you can avoid it at all, DO NOT MOVE to Hartford Place. The proximity to midtown and downtown is nice, but it's not worth it. The maintenance is horrible. The apartment I've lived in doesn't even have an air filter (in order to have one, I had to tie it on the outside of the grate). Dealing with the staff is even worse. I think that 3 different companies have owned this complex since I've been here, and they have all been bad. I've only stayed because once I moved in I couldn't afford to move again.
DON'T MOVE TO HARTFORD!
