Birchwood Village = Doesn't care about Rentors From: ChapVic256 Date posted: 8/17/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Birchwood Village, Colorado Springs, CO They towed away my vehicle with an expensive towing service while I was on vacation. They knew it was mine; didn't care! Previous manager had given verbal agreement that if we lost jurisdiction of my Grandson to another state, they would let me break my lease with a 30 day notice. She leaves, nothing in is in writing. New manager confirmed it with old manager at first agreed that they would keep the verbal agreement and let me out of my lease at the end of this month. Now today, she tells me she reported me to her bosses and they are going to come after me legally. I am tired of being tramped on by landlords who don't care. Don't rent here... they may seem friendly, but they won't put in your air conditioners, there are alot of stressful harassing comments they do do here... not rentor friendly. ChapVic256
