Ive lived at Hartford for three years, but am moving out at the end of the year. If i didnt have to move out of town I'd probably stay. Nevertheless, until they switch management, I do not recommend Hartford Place apartments (my friends who have lived here have not had as much luck as I). Sure, the price isn't bad and the rooms are big, but other than those things, it doesn't have much working for it. For the last 2 months I have tried getting them to send someone to fix my AC. Weekly calls and visits to the front office does nothing. All they do is tell you that they will send someone. But no one ever comes. They used to be pretty good about it (they'd come within a day or two after your first call), but those days have long since passed.

QUICK NOTES:
- it's not perfectly safe. there have been auto break-ins in the last year.
- if you decide to move in, get one at ground or upper level (not the below ground ones). My friends who lived on the lowest level had flooding and rodent problems.
