Hartford Place

It is a horrible place. Rats!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004   Two rats entered my apts in 2 hours, the second rat was catached wheh my husband's just there. I called last week for pest control and maitainess, Lauran the manager promissed to set the Pest contol but... Tonight, I have to call so many times and the maintainess guy refused to fix it because it is not a emergency, his superisor told him not go... Believe it or not, this is not an issue came this year. I had the same rat problem last winter and it took me also a long time to call someone over. They finally blocked one hole and refuse to fill another. That's probably where those rats came this year. Are they the mother of these rats' Other nightmairs, no job can be done without 5 phones calls. Don't believe their words, such as "I will do that today..". No way for them to do anything for you except you are upset and yelling to them...
