Maintenance:
Workers are limited for all the apartments anywhere around the world. Is this the reason of the problems? No. Remember the time earlier 2004, when the young lady was the manager and then the man after her, maintenance was finished surprising fast. They hired more people? I don't think so. You got have a good use of the resourses you've got. Otherwise nothing will be done either even with 100 more men.

Bugs, mice, they are around us. But why are they filled in our apartments not other ones? Are the people living here nasty than others? All of us? I don't even want to say that the rats have to have a hole to enter your apt.

I know Hartford is improving itself along the line. But the thing is 1st how much did you do, 2nd how many useful things did you do, and 3rd how much did your competetors do. I don't even have to go into details.


Office staff - I have to say that the person who wrote the previous "Ungrateful Residents" review finally show his/her badge when he/she was talking about this issue. Like I said earlier, the management of the apartment is always a mess with the exception of a short period. Everyone is lying, everyone will promise you anything to get rid of you asap and do nothing about, not even leave a note. How could you be nice and patient if you were fooled again and again?
