I lived in Hartford Place for exactly 2 years. The first year was so-so, but the second year was complete hell. Our ceiling leaked, they came and "fixed" it by patching the ceiling and not the roof. Every time it rained, water came out of the ceiling and dripped all over the floor. We had bugs like you would not believe, and mice from time to time. The office staff was horrible for the most part. They could not take a name and number and a guy named Raphael was borderline retarded. We had to ask 10 times to get our ceiling fixed and it never happened. I would rather live in a tent than in Hartford Place again, at least I could keep the rain out with a tent. The pool smelled nd the workout room had nothing to work out on. I still live in the area, and am warning you, DO NOT MOVE HERE! There are plenty of places close by that do not have these problems.
