I have lived at Hartford Place for nearly two years and I'm happy with it. The only problem I've had is with my neighbirs hanging their laundry on the railings. Other than that the office and maintenance staff seem to really care. They do always seem to be extremely busy but I guess that comes with the property. I like my neighbors and the pools are awesome in the summer. I think it would be hard to find more space for the price in this part of town.
