HARTFORD PLACE IS THE HELL ON EARTH!!! THE STAFF IS BEYOND REMEDIAL, THEY DO NOT ABIDE BY THE OFFICE HOURS , THEY LEAVE AND COME IN WHEN THEY WANT, THEY ARE EXTREMLY RUDE WITH HORRIBLE ATTITUDES, AND VERY RELAXED WHEN IT COMES TO GETTING THE JOB DONE!!! THERE WAS NO MANAGER FOR OVER A MONTH, I SEE NEW FACES EVERYTIME I AM IN THE OFFICE!!!
THE APARTMENTS THEMSELVES ARE DECENT.THERE IS A PEST PROBLEM, ROACHES...
CRIME IS VERY ACTIVE, CAR THEFT, BREAK-INS, ROBBERIES, PEOPLE STEAL YOUR MAIL.
THE CAR WASH THAT THEY ADVERTISE ON THE SIGN WHEN YOU PULL IN IS BROKEN AND HAS BEEN FOR MONTHS!
IF I WERE YOU I WOULD EXAMINE YOUR POTENTIAL NEIGHBORS BEFORE MOVING IN, SOME OF THE PEOPLE OUT HERE ARE THEIVES AND HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE PROPERTY OR THEMSELVES!!!!

You sound a bit disgruntal, take two asprin and call me in the morning. Oh and don't ever advise anyone to keep searching the Apartment Guide, Hartford Place is a great place to live. I really believe you are the problem. Sick-o

Here we have an perfect example of Hartford Place's management, Shakespere. Just by her response you have an idea of how rude management is here so I dont feel the need to expand any further on her. If she was not surfing the web and wasting time for which the company pays her, maybe some of our maintenance isssues would get fixed. Get off the net and back on the job.
