Management is incompetent

Quite frankly, Hartford Place management has their heads up their a$$es!!! When we moved in, the place was disgusting and had obviously not been cleaned. When we moved out, the place was sparkling yet we were told they would keep our entire deposit to clean it for the next tennants... WHAT?!?

On the positive side, it was always entertaining to watch all the drug dealers scatter like cockroaches when the police would drive through.

This place suck. Management is lazy and they're a bunch of crooks!!!
