If you value your life, you would pay $10 more a month and go live somewhere better like Collier Ridge or anywhere else but this place. Let me begin by saying that this is absolutely the most incompetent collection of retarded swines I have ever seen given the authority to manage anything whatsoever.

If you ever have an issue with maintenance, which you most likely will before you ever move in, be prepared to wait a minimum of 2 weeks before anyone will even contact you back...even after going to talk to the leasing office over 5 times.

Also, be prepared for random police road blocks on a weekly basis exiting the apartments which will delay you by about 20 mins so get ready to be late for classes, work, meetings, etc... Next, you will have your weekly shootings, followed by the ever so famous robberies. Don't worry, I thought my place would never be robbed but I wish I hadnt spoken so soon. Also, they will take you for every penny they can when you are leaving and make you pay for things you never even did.

I wish I had gone ahead and moved somewhere better. Trust me, saving $10 a week might seem like a good idea but just not having to talk to this management would be worth that much.

Ultimately, there are much better places than Hartford Place, hell, a cardboard box would be better. Just make sure, that you have absolutely no other place to live at all before you move in because you will regret it every month that passes on your lease.

I am at collier ridge, and hartford place sounds just like it only cheaper.
