Everyone here says hartford place sucks. Thats a bunch of disgruntled housewives who sit at home all day and have nothing better to do than ----- about life. Crime isnt any worse here than it is in the rest of atlanta. The management is friendly. Last week i reported a problem with my apartment ad it was fixed within 5 days. The location is good. There are not police blocks twice a week whoever wrote that is a retard, ive never seen one roadblock coming out of the apartments. Its afordable, it has 2 pools. Some of the residents are lame but beverly hills has the same problem.
So dont buy into the bs, If you want a good deal hartford place is for you.

You must be the management's dearest friend! Checks for rent have been stolen from the drop box. Every time you call the management they say "Thank you!!" even before you finish your complaint, forget about it being taken care of.

This does sound like from management: "...some of the residents..hartford place is for you". If you are not related to management, you might more likely say "some of our neighbors", be less sure about the statistics or comparison with other apartments, and less likely to speak like commercial.
