I haven't had AC since Saturday, today is Tuesday and the heat index is 103 degrees. Apparently, a part was "ordered" I almost felt like holding my rent hostage until they accomodate me. The manager said she cannot provide me with any fans. What the hell' And the roaches, waterbugs, and spiders look like they came from the dinosaur ages when everything was of gargantuan proportions. My biggest problem is living here without a car because of THAT DAMN HILL!!!!!
I will say that one girl in there, Israel, is very accomodating and does what she can. She needs a promotion because she is the only one who cares!

I am the same person who wrote this. One thing I must say is that one girl who works in the office, Israel, does her best to accomodate. I think she needs a promotion, because she seems to be the only one who cares!

I'M SURE YOU WOULD SAY THAT BECAUSE SHE IS PROBABLY YOUR FRIEND! AND YOU NEVER SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER, I'M SURE SHE WOULD HAVE OFFERED YOU ANOTHER APARTMENT TO ACCOMODATE YOU UNTIL THE PROBLEM WAS REPAIRED!
