Hartford Place

Unprofessional, Rude, Dirty From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The Hartford Place is so damn horrible. The staff is unprofessional and not knowledgeable at all. The water stinks that comes from the faucet, have an abundance of nats, loud music from neighbors and parking is horrible because of the neighbors company
