Property Sold - New Management

Years at this apartment: 2005-01-01 - 2007-01-01

The property sold to new owners in October 2006. They hired a new management company that is really trying to clean the place up. Maintenance is ususlly completed within 24 hours of calling in a request. They even came around and did preventive maintenance a couple of weeks ago.
