Molding problem is serious in Hartford Place. I have to clean the mold using strong chemical every weekend; otherwise my bathroom would have a lot of mold. And this problem is so serious that someone living in this community distributed flyers to all residents three days ago. The flyers asked the tenants to report the molding problem to the Housing Code Enforcement in City of Atlanta in order to improve the situation. However, the property is just too old. If the property management decides to solve the molding problem completely, most of the ceilings and dry walls need to be torn down and be replaced. It is a huge task for the whole community. I doubt the management will do it. By the way, my friends could not get all their security deposit back because the property management was picky on several things. The management even tried to charge them some fee because of the mold. Now I feel if I keep living in Hartford Place, I will either die from the chemical or the mold. So don t be fooled by its cheap rent, unless you want to risk your health.

I am a real person that has become sick from this. It's not fair and needs to be stopped. Together I hope to save people from this.
