I could not take shower for the last two days because there was no hot water in this building, and it was so cold. I called the leasing office today, and they said they were working on it, but it didn't work out late afternoon. I called them again to make sure I will have hot water tonight, but they kept saying they were working on it. I asked them when it can be fixed. Their answer was they don't know. How professional?! You don't check with your maintenance about this issue and progress since this problem affected many people? Or you just don't care? What if other tenant asks the same question?

Now all the maintenance guys and leasing agents get off their work. We have to suffer this problem for another day. Where are their efficiency, responsibilities, and care for their tenant?

BTW, even if the hot water problem is resolved, the hot water is never stable. It is either too hot or cold. This may be because one of your neighbors is using the water, too. I have to adjust the flow several times when taking a shower. This temperature change is very dangerous to your children. Be careful!

hot water supply rarely stopped in our building unless when there was no water supply (happened at least once half a year). But I totally agree with the stability of the temprature of the water! It was a horrible experience: i had to adjust the flow more than once every minute! But after a year i eventually found out the trick that worked at least for my case: only turn on the hot water a litte bid (about 45 degree angle), and then adjust the cold water accordingly, which is also a small angle.
