Spend the extra money for a better place that actually respects their residents and residents' concerns. If you want to bathe with hot water, you have to let it run 5-10 minutes before it even gets hot. The geniuses at the apartment complexes continually say the problem lies in older plumbing, but yet when I first moved in that wasn't the case. The problem didn't come up until there was a water main break, the next day after the "repair" the hot water issues came up. With Georgia being in the middle of a water crisis, I don't understand how they can get away with this. I've been here for 2 years saving up my money for a house, that's the ONLY good thing I can say about this travesty of an apartment complex. oh, and good luck guessing when the washers & dryers will acutally work.
