I lived here for a year and a half, the price was right and it has a great location. The main problems were that the pool opened late in 06 and was closed from july to september, maintenance was studious about coming out to fix problems, but they rarely fixed the problem permanently, and there was a major roach problem that i addressed several times to the leasing office without getting it fixed. There were alot of leaky faucets in the apartment and they never replaced them they would just rig them so they wouldnt leak as bad. This eventually led to a flat rate 50 dollar water bill every month due to all of the leaky fixtures/pipes. I have a feeling they do this on purpose because they are afraid that pipes might burst in the winter if all of the faucets shut off perfectly. These apartments need major renovation so be careful about renting here. The plus sides where brick buildings so the energy costs were good when the heating and air was functioning properly, the apartments have alot of square footage for the price, and the cable modem internet service there was TOP NOTCH. Its great for a bachelor pad if your really not trying to impress anyone about where you live
