Once again shall I say that the office management is very unprofessional and rude. The water bill is too damn high. I paid $75 a month for a one bedroom and I was out of town half of each month. The maintenance men dont know what the hell they are doing and I even had an instance where the maintenance men would enter my apartment without any service notice nor call. So that means they were looking for something to steal. So if you dont mind paying your good money too a horrible place this place would be perfect

I remember touring this place, and I did not like the look & feel of the community grounds, it looked like a run down motel or section 8 housing. Me no likey. Even the leasing office looked like crap.

Wow! I am shocked. I have been welcomed every since the first day I came in. On the first day of May they gave me ice cream when I went to pay rent. That was fun.
