Living in Hartford Place is great. The staff is friendly and maintanence staff is prompt and very efficent. My apartment is very roomy and rent is a great price for location.

Never lived there, but this sounds an awful lot like a staff person pretending to be a tenant. How could all the other tenants be so wrong about what a great place it is?

I have never worked there or for any apartment complex ever. I do customer service for a credit card company. My expierence has been good. Im sorry if other tenants have had problems.

I think the management tries to post some positive comments such that their rating boosts up back to normal. They posted these comments very frequent these few days. Don't believe them.

Yes, this is obviously written by management, as no one in their right mind would give the office staff 5 stars! Listen to them defend themselves by calling critics "members of the KKK" (see the next review). They are putting out blatant propaganda in an attempt to get more residents. If we're the KKK, you guys are NAZIS!

kkk? nazis? really? you know, if i didnÂ?t have so MANY of these email, i wouldnÂ?t have bothered to check this [i was one of the positive reviews] and All i have to say is: what ARE YOU? 5 YEARS OLD? trolling an APPARTMENT review site? i mean come on! the crime rate is relatively low, thereÂ?s only one homeless guy i've actually see on property, and there arenÂ?t any bullets coming through my kitchen walls. i count this place a descent, if not halfway NICE.
