I temporalily relocated to Atlanta from London in 2001 and from my first visit to Hartford to my move out date,my relocating transition was perfect as promised! During my stay at Hartford I loved everything about that place such as nice apartment,nice community,24 maintenance,friendly neighbors,a quiet community, very convienent ammenities and a helpful/caring staff. I was VERY satisfied with my experience at Hartford and would definently recommed to anyone. After reading the reviews my opinion is that there are certainly people you just simply cannot satisfy no matter what.And remember there are always two sides to a story.........
