I've been living here for a year and a half, and the issues I've had with the complex only exist because the place is so old. I have ants and roaches. My heat/air unit is so old, it doesn't work like it should, so I spend more every month. Maintenence takes days to get to me. What I will say that's positive is that it's at a great location, and the complex is located far enough from the roads to make it safe. And, I have the best neighbors!
