The amenities offered are cool, although I have yet to take advantage of any of them. I don't even know if the yoga and spinning classes have started yet, and don't know if management plans on notifying us of the schedule.
The units are really nice and new. However, the walls are too thin. I can hear the people above me talking and walking around all night long. I also live right by the courtyard, where people walk their dogs often. I'm a dog lover, but I'm not a fan of constant aggressive barking throughout the day. People need to be responsible, and train and socialize their dogs! They still haven't put up any gates, so the property is not as secure as I would like. Also, I keep finding spiders in my otherwise clean unit...
I consider myself a fairly low maintenance resident in that I never expect much from, or deal often with, management. However, my little experience with the Heights Armour management team has been unpleasant. I won't go into the specifics, but all I have to say about management is that as soon as you sign that lease, they no longer care about you. Phone and emails will go unanswered for a long period of time, and management is always slow to respond. There is only one leasing agent who seems competent and professional; however, I can't remember his name. He is the only one who's genuinely friendly and helpful in that office.
I would recommend Heights Armour if you're looking for a nice place to live for a brief period. Just don't expect much from management.

We had a vapid response when we were just looking at living there. The person we dealt with wasn't the brightest bulb on the switchboard and did not have answers to many of the questions we asked. There was a regional manager guy that we met later who was just fabulous, though--maybe that's the guy you're thinking of? I think a lot of people mistakenly think they're renting from a person who will care about them. No! You're renting from a corporation whose sole purpose is to get your money with as little expenditure on its part as possible. End of story.
