i lived at heritage commons when it first opened in jan 2002 until may 2003. it's a little pricy but you can't beat it if you are a CAU student without transportation. my only downfall with it was the unprofessionalism of the management staff, but i am aware that some of those people aren't there anymore. if you can afford the 2 bd/2 bth setup, i say go for it. it's a college dwelling, people. please don't expect for things to be peaceful and serene 24 hours a day.

i am an off-campus student, iand i too once lived in herritace... so horrible! And i'm talking about what you get for the price. only two computers work in the lab. the pool room hasn't been open in two years. the best thing here is the politeness of the groundsmen! and location, 'ur better off living in magnolia or castleberry.
