I have lived here in Heritage for two years and have watched it become the greatest community ever .. At first, security was great, surveillance cameras were every place so you could see what "mess" entered and departed from our clean community and you ACTUALLY NEEDED your card to get into the gates of anything that had to do with HC. Parking decals were VERY MUCH enforced and cheap, now they are expensive and now "TayDubb-- just out da PEN" and "Shaquilisha-- from down the street" can just come and park in here at anytime because the gates for an odd number of years have not been working, and if they are fixed, our own highly educated men and women breaks it again, WHAT SECURITY WE HAVE!!! :) Oh, and the walls are perfect, if you can get over hearing a cell phone vibrating from the room next door then this is the place for you, unless you can work with terribly loud talking females, loud music, and Loud mouth JayJay and his boi "Lil' Legs" talking about how good this girl was last night, I suggest you do schoolwork some place else. Maintenance is great, everyday they do an excellent job at keeping our community clean, but we upperclassmen vandalize it and cause it to look worse than before. The staff has gotten much better, they assist their customers in a timely manner, but those who are impatient feel otherwise. Let's not forget the EXCELLENT!! public safety officers, don't worry about them, they are never anywhere to be found.
