I have to say my experience wasnt the best but it was ok. I can say it improved from when i used to visit my friends in the past years as far as random people that didnt look like students hanging around. The gate actually did work, was locked out a few times. Parking was ok. The slots are a little small so if u have a big car, u might as well pick two spots in the back. The gate for the parkin didnt work until it was almost time to move out. What a hassle. Maintenance was cool. They didnt take long to respond to problems. There are a few people in Management that are just OK. I had a package come in November and I went down there everyday for like a month lookin for it. One of the dumbass RAs would act like he was goin to the back and said it wasnt there. I found out in JANUARY that i had indeed come in November. When it was time to move out they charged me for ridiculous stuff. They charged $30 for the $5 cheap ass blinds they have in the rooms (they break everytime u touch them) and $30 i think for a new paint job and there was nothing wrong with the paint in my room. When I tried to call to handle the bill, it took me one month, one trip to the office and a parking ticket in order to get in touch with someone in managment to help me. The elevator broke on moveout day. I lived on the 3rd floor. It worked well thruout the year tho. The guy next door musta got a new stereo for Christmas...sleep and studying was interupted on the regular after that. I had to call security several times...whether security came to the door or he just ended up turning it off i'll never know. The rooms are big but overpriced. I enjoyed my room. My roommate was the roommate from hell so I suggest living with someone u know. Overall my experience was ok. No major problems except with the roommate.
