	Electrical problems, old appliances (can't use but 2 burners on the stove and the oven causes the walls to heat up) floors are all warped and creaky. Can't leave the backs on the toilets because then they back up, maintanence ... more

	VERY OLD BUILDINGS! POOR MANAGEMENT! RUDE STAFF. ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS(WHICH CAUSES HIGH ELECTICITY BILLS) DO NOT RENT.
