Hidden Creste has very spacious apartments, and for the most part they are very clean. I have no real pest problems. However, there are so many issues. Management is rude, prices are high, and there are so many corners that they have cut. For example, I have the worst windows imaginable, so my apartment freezes in the winter even with heat on full blast. Also, the gate has never worked, the trash compactor is often overflowing and nasty, the floors are uneven, and more. Oh, and the water is frequently turned off with very little to no notice. Not to mention, I didn't have hot water in my apartment for the first month.

Some residents are very noisy, and the walls are so thin that it's extremely easy to hear what's going on outside. So, even if someone is speaking in a normal tone, you basically hear their conversation. In the end, it's pretty on the outside and spacious on the inside. But, more than anything, you pay for rudeness and cheap apartment features.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! The staff here is the worst. The property manager has no idea what is going on. much like the other comments- the apartments are spaceous and the outside looks ok but in the end you are paying FAR TOO MUCH money for the crap that you get. They have washer and dryers in each unit, but with the money you save on going out to do laundry you more than make up for in electricity because the windows suck and you loose all you heat or AC. All and all the gate has never worked and the complex only has one dumpster(which is a dang shame) and the windows are paper thin. oh and another thing... some genious thought it would be a good idea to have some apartment that can only be accessed by climbing up TWO flights of stair and then going down another.... not too bright in my opinion. Dont let them fool you with the two months free rent... trust me you will regret it by month 3.

The apartments needs to be torn down or renovated correctly. The comments from everybody is true,channel five or two needs to come out to see the many problems that the tenants are having.The manangement is terrible they cant keep a resident manager nor can you ever reach the corporate office.
