Hidden Crest's manangement and leasing office staff are completely unprofessional. They do not address tenant concerns in a timely or efficient manor, nor do they keep record of tenant contact. In addition to the poor customer service, this complex advertises ammenities that it does not have. For example, this "gated community" remains open to the public 24 hours a day, the fitness center is comprised of a broken work bench and one excersise bycicle, the pool was inoperable for the whole summer due to lack of patio furniture ('), and the security guard that walks the premisis on a regular basis is non existant. I won't even mention the maintanence, or lack there of, rather. If you value customer service and a secure living environment, this is not the place for you.
