I've been a resident of Hidden Creste for almost 3 years and I have to say it's been a real pleasure to live here. When I first moved in there was only 3 other tenants in the complex and my neighbor and I took care of each other in a way that made the complex seem like home to me. The only problem I have with the complex is the staff, and the extremely HIGH turn over rate. Maintenance is the ONE thing that I can give kudos to since they are always prompt, courteous and does a WONDERFUL job at maintaining the property.

The only reason I could see myself moving from this complex is when I purchase my home.

Unfortunately I have to retract my own happy statement that I wrote a few months ago. I am so sad to have to leave this complex but it is definitely NOT a place I want to call home any longer. The frequent management change is a NIGHTMARE and the cycle of new people coming into this office is unbelievable!! I can't take it any longer ... they keep getting more and more GHETTO, UNPROFESSIONAL and down right RUDE and NASTY!! Not to mention UNEDUCATED not only in the process of leasing, renting or anything thing else but I often wonder how they interview and get these positions!! I am in the process of suing this complex and I PRAY that they will either have new owners or Sandy will wake up and stop letting these crazy people ruin such a nice complex. But then again I hear she is just as nasty and crazy, guess the employee doesn't fall from from the boss!!
