They are always changing managment and they don't know what is going on with rent payments. Rent was paid, and has the ladies initial on the money order. The new management is stating that they don't know who the initals belong to, so she still owes rent. She has to pay a second time or else she will be put out. It take 30 days to trace the money order to prove that it was paid to hidden crest. In the meantime, they are going to court to have her put out. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!

I moved June 30, 2008 and I still received a water bill. I talked to Helen about the situation, she stated I was still in the sysytem as living there and owed $2000 and some change. I can't reach anyone at the Corp office nor I have I receive my depo back.

I think we need to do something about this complex and their operation. I positive that we can get a class action against this complex, since there is proof that ALL of Nu Rock complexes are operating the same way. Be sure to not only have a paper trail but get anything you can from them in writing. I have a recording of Helen telling me NOT to worry about the water bill, even thou she's ONLY been there for a hot second, what 3 weeks now?! But my attorney has adviced me that anything that goes on with them I need to have it in WRITING! That is the only proof that will stand up in court since I signed the lease agreeing to the terms, but I never expected I would have to go through all this drama. I am soooo disappointed in this entire situation.

I was trying to get into this property. It looks good from there model that they show you but three different residences came in with problems and said don't move there. I'm so glad to be able to find this on the web-site. I want be MOVING THERE. Are to there sister properties.
