I lived there for about 6 months and it was the most dangerous place ever. The management doesn't care at all about the residents and the place is very unkept. The trash bins are always full and theres always furniture and trash all over the grouns. People walk around with guns on them and there is constant loitering. A shooting happens over there almost every week. I think highland Brooke should definitely be taken over by new management.
