So my roommate and I are planning to relocate from PA to ATL in 4-6 weeks and i've stumbled across this website with apt ratings and reviews and i must say damn damn damn damn WTF WTH are you serious no wonder they say NO CREDIT CHECK NO DEPOSIT NO WORRIES.......i thought this would be perfect cause we can spilt the rent down the middle and then move into something nicer in 6 months to a year maybe we could pass a credit check after living down there for 6months to a year and pay our rent on time but wow i see roaches, rats, plumbing issues and trash i won't and don't want to deal with that type of environment i am NOT from the hood and don't want to move to the hood for all that matter i would feel better staying up in PA miserable than live in the hood in ATL :( now i have to find another way to get an apt where they won't look at our credit cause i really just need a 2nd chance thanks for all of your reviews i really appreciate them definitely

just to give some input. you can try to go to www.apartmentguide.com... you can choose GA and then go from there. Quite a few of the apts located in East point/ COllege Park may be doing the second chance program. You just have to call and ask.
