Mugged and Then Ripped Off

Hi,
Avoid for your own safety's sake.
I lived here from 01-02 and was mugged at gunpoint outside the front door of the leasing office.
Feeling very unsafe, I decided to move. Despite signed statements from members of the office staff, I was unable to get back my deposit. I contacted the BBB and Fair Housing. Highland Ridge management still gave me the run-around, giving conflicting statements to both me and Fair Housing. A complete nightmare to deal with, and I got none of my money back.
