Never rent from AIMCO

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2004
 
All residents required to vacate only two months after I moved in. The lie is 'due to construction' but the truth is the city deemed the buildings unsafe. Completely ripped off by AIMCO, buildings do not get condemned overnight, and the company knew about it and continued to sign leases anyways.
