i have had roaches and water leaks, ants, was moved into the wrong apt, and after i explained and showed them the roaches took 3 months to move me, didn't want to pay for it or help me out, then tried to evict me twice, doesn't work with folks. all they want is your money. neigbors are loud, fighting, had murders here, theifs and not a very nice place to live. they just want your money. way to much money for this one bedroom place.
