Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
For a college student, this apartment is fine. The staff has always been helpful
and the maintence people have always been timely and competent. The carpets and walls
in my one bedroom leave much to be desired, and the walls are very thin. It's a great deal for the price you pay, however. Great view from the pool. Works for young singles and students.
