Apartment head manager does not do what she promises. It has been brought to her attention several times within 3 months that the lights do not work in the parking lot at night on the lower side of Highland Ridge, this is a safety issue and she never gets the matter resolves as a result of this matter several residents continue to get there cars broken into late at night. The lights have been out for over a year. The lights are also never working at the mailboxes either at night which makes it another safety issue. A picture has been attached of a car in the parking lot just so you can see how dark it is. The business center advertised on the apartment website is hoax. The computer does not work and has been down for about 4 months they always say they are working on it when questioned about it rather than buying a new computer they give excuses. The management does not manage the complex to the satisfaction they just dont care in my belive. I really tried to give them a chance but it just has'nt gotten better since the new Manager has taken over. I have decided not to renew my lease due to this matter and hope that you really investigate before making your decision rather than settling for the price of the Highland Ridge Apartments.

It is a common theme with Aimco properties. It honestly is a shame. They just move the same inept managers around from one complex to another so they can run it into the ground.
