I stand in continuous disbelief at just exactly how discourteous people are. This place(which I unfortunately still reside) will rent to any piece of trash that applies. Lots of students going to school by the grace of the lottery. Rude students who think it's their birth right to drive through the parking lot @ 3a.m. with their crap music bump bump bumping waking up and or otherwise disturbing tenants with the misfortune of living on the parking lot side of the buildin. Thugs partying in the parking lot at all hours. Drug deals being done in the parking lot as well as in the buildings. And much to my disappointment, almost no diversity whatsoever when it comes to the offending parties. GET ME THE HELL OUT OF HERE!!!!!!

That is definitely AIMCO for you. Same thing in their "sister complex", Peachtree Park. They just hide it better at PP.
