Dont live here!!!

These are the worst apartments I've ever lived in.
1. We have a lot of bugs in our unit because of a flood in our apartment prior to us moving in, which they failed to mention to us. They do nothing about the bugs.
2. Our washing machine was leaking. My roommate called to inform them and ask to send someone out right away. They failed to do so. I noticed that night when I came home and called again then they finally sent someone. By this time our laundry room was a pool and it smelled like a sewer. they came and fixed it and vacuumed out the water but did nothing about the smell. Not to mention a lot of our towels and other items (shoes, clothes, etc) which were on the floor got ruined.
3. There have been many break-ins into cars and into apartments. they supposedly have security but they do nothing to prevent it. Several cars got broken windows in the same night. The security must've had enough time to stop this if they were paying attention. By law they should tell everyone who lives in the complex about these but they failed to do so.
4. A lot of small things are broken in our apartments including a door knob, dishwasher tray, light bulbs, etc. and they never came to fix them after we told them.
5. they have a lack of communication at the office. One person tells you one thing and another tells you something else. They dont pass on the messages to the right people. When we were moving in, they changed our moving date at least 4 times. Each person would give us a different date.
There are many more... these are the things I remember now
