they take money out of u anyway they can. when the pipes break, they take it out of your monthly water bill. when you have a damage in your apt, they dont fix it which damages your stuff, in turn you lose money. your deposit' kiss it good bye you will never get it back.
I'd rather pay more upfront to an apt than have surprise bills later.

It's all true. I've got pictures to share if the Xmas Day flood which left us without water, wholes in the ceiling, leaking roofs, and mildew on carpet.

not to mention whenever there was a flood or a pipe was broken they would take it out of your monthly water bill
