The location is excellent, nice neighborhood, plenty of trees. The apartments look great, but you will have SO many maintenance problems this great find quickly turns into a nightmare. The plumbing in the entire complex is horrible (toilets, showers and garbage disposals will run over regularly). The buildings were obviously cheaply made (walls uneven, bathroom mirrors "attached" to wall crash regularly). Then you get to the bug situation. I had high hopes for this place, but running out the door. Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
