I have lived here for 9 months now and am very happy. I have a corner unit on the top floor and have never heard any neighbors. Staff is very nice and will take care of things quickly. Honestly, there have been a few roaches in the summer and exterminators only come one a week. But other than that the place is really clean and we've had no maintance or security problems. The gym is not as nice as other complexes.
