Highland Square Apartments

Nice place... Terrible Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/17/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   I miss the old management. I have lived here for over two years now. The management used to be fantastic, friendly, and on the ball. Recently they changed it and brought in two new women who are completely rude. The guy is still fantastic, but the two new women are awful. They are not service-minded at all. They act like you are wasting their time anytime you come by to ask a question and sometimes, they act as if you aren't even there! They are very rude and defensive about any suggestion or question that may slightly imply they have made a mistake. They are terrible. If you can put up with the two snots in the front office, then I highly recommend this place. It's very nice and quiet... very friendly residents and great, friendly maitenance staff. The pool area is wonderful, especially in the summertime. The rent is a total value. If they would hire a friendly office staff then it would be perfect.
