I moved here in June and have been very happy with my choice. I primarily chose this complex because of its price and location (close to midtown but nestled in tress).

I have been very happy with the staff here. When they did their yearly inspection they even changed light bulbs in my apartment!

It is quite, the facilities are always clean and it is dog friendly. So it meets all my needs. The actual apartments are pretty nice (high celings, laundry room, etc) for the price and you only pay electric and water! I rarely hear my neighbors either.

This sounds too good to be true, but I am being honest. The only thing about the area that is bothersome is that due to all the old growth trees in the neighborood -- when it storms the electric often goes out, but rarely for long.
